Trampoline for Exercise


1,Practice bouncing on your trampoline before you use it for exercise.10ft trampoline net,How long you will need to practice will depend on your agility and balance. However, don’t start any exercise routines until you’re comfortable being on the trampoline.
2,Stand in the center of the trampoline with your arms out at your sides a bit and your feet slightly apart. This position will help you to maintain your balance. To get the bouncing motion going, spring slightly from your knees without lifting your feet from the trampoline.

5,Move on to an advanced trampoline workout with the jumping jack exercise. Spread your feet apart as you bounce up and clap your hands over your head, just as you would a regular jumping jack on the floor.
