Set Up an InStep Bike Trailer

,Lay the bike trailer on the ground, bottom-side down.
,Lift the left and right side panels.
,Lift the frame joiner and slide it into the frame joiner housing on the left side panel until it clicks, locking into place.
,Lay the canopy over the top of  the double bike trailer frame. Make sure the large window is at the front.
,Attach the six canopy snaps to the trailer frame. Start by folding back the top edge of the canopy to expose the snaps. Attach the middle snaps first and then the two rear snaps. Connect the canopy to the rear flap with the hook and loop tape that comes with the trailer. Attach the two snaps at the front corners.
,Extend the tow bar on the right side of the trailer. You’ll have to lay the trailer on its left side and remove the lock pin in order to extend the tow bar, and then reinsert the lock pin once the tow bar is fully extended.
,Attach the wheels. The wheel brackets on each side of the trailer will have warning stickers on them. Push each wheel axle into the bracket hole until they click and lock into place.
Attaching Trailer to Bike

,Insert the end of the baby bike trailer tow bar into the large hole of the coupler attachment on the bike.
,Fasten the pin around the tow bar and the hub nut.
,10ft trampoline pad,Loop the safety strap around the bike frame and clip it to the D-ring that’s attached to the tow bar.
,bike trailer hitch,Attach the safety flag. Insert the flag pole into the hole on the rear, left side of the canopy and secure it into the pouch on the left side panel.
