Set Up an InStep Bike Trailer

1,Lay the bike trailer on the ground, bottom-side down.
2,Lift the left and right side panels.
3,Lift the frame joiner and slide it into the frame joiner housing on the left side panel until it clicks, locking into place.
4,Lay the canopy over the top of  the double bike trailer frame. Make sure the large window is at the front.
5,Attach the six canopy snaps to the trailer frame. Start by folding back the top edge of the canopy to expose the snaps. Attach the middle snaps first and then the two rear snaps. Connect the canopy to the rear flap with the hook and loop tape that comes with the trailer. Attach the two snaps at the front corners.
6,Extend the tow bar on the right side of the trailer. You’ll have to lay the trailer on its left side and remove the lock pin in order to extend the tow bar, and then reinsert the lock pin once the tow bar is fully extended.
7,Attach the wheels. The wheel brackets on each side of the trailer will have warning stickers on them. Push each wheel axle into the bracket hole until they click and lock into place.
Attaching Trailer to Bike
8,Using an adjustable wrench, attach the coupler attachment for the trailer tow bar to the rear wheel of your bike. Attachment instructions will differ based on whether you have a rear hub nut or a quick-release rear axle.
9,Insert the end of the baby bike trailer tow bar into the large hole of the coupler attachment on the bike.
10,Fasten the pin around the tow bar and the hub nut.
11,10ft trampoline pad,Loop the safety strap around the bike frame and clip it to the D-ring that’s attached to the tow bar.
12,bike trailer hitch,Attach the safety flag. Insert the flag pole into the hole on the rear, left side of the canopy and secure it into the pouch on the left side panel.

Massage Calves

1,Have your partner lie down face down. To give a sports massage to the calves, you will need to have full access to the entire lower portion of the legs.

2,Apply lotion to the calves. You should use a thick lotion that will help you get traction on the calves and isn’t too slick.

3,Warm up the calves with the palms of your hands. Rub them quickly to create warmth. If there is a lot of hair on the calves, use enough lotion to avoid creating knots.

4,Spread the calves with the heels of your hands. Place the heels of your hands together, with your fingers facing away from each other. Start under the back of the knee, and apply pressure while pushing the heels of your hands apart. Repeat this motion, while inching down the calf, spreading the calves as you move down.

5,Use lighter strokes with a wringing motion. Begin with your fingers spread and twist slightly while bringing the fingers back together.

6,Squeeze the muscles in the calves rhythmically. Move up and down the calf squeezing the muscles from the back of the knee to the ankle. As you give the sports massage, use steady rhythms and cover each calf completely.

Measure Trampoline Size

Measuring Round Trampoline Size
1,Slide the tape measure across the trampoline mat until the end of the tape measure hooks on the outside of the trampoline frame furthest away from you. Stretch the tape measure to the outside of the 12ft trampoline frame closest to you. Read the measurement where the tape measure crosses the trampoline frame.
2,Move to a point on the trampoline 45 degrees away from the location you took the first measurement. Take a second measurement.
3,Move to a point 45 degrees from the second measuring location. Take a third measurement.
4,Add the three measurements. Divide the total by three to determine the average measurement.

Measuring Rectangular Trampoline Size
5,Hook the end of a tape measure on the outside frame corner on the length of the trampoline frame. Pull the tape measure across the trampoline mat until it crosses the outside of the 13ft trampoline frame nearest you. Read the corner length measurement.
6,Move to the opposite corner. Measure the length of the trampoline frame.
7,Measure the distance across the outside of the trampoline at both corners of the trampoline’s width.
8,Add both lengthwise measurements and divide the number by two to determine the length of the trampoline frame. Repeat the process with the two width measurements to determine the width of the trampoline frame.

Attach Bicycle Trailers

1,Open the skewer lever on your rear wheel. The skewer lever is the big lever on the outside of the axle on the right side of the back wheel. Reach around to the other side of the wheel with your left hand and remove the knob and the spring. With your right hand, pull the skewer (the long thin axle) and spring completely out, but leave the wheel and the spring on the skewer in place.
2,Pick up the coupler and slide the skewer through the small hole in the coupler with the bell of the coupler facing out. The bell is the round protrusion on the coupler. Slide the tab washer that comes with the bike trailer assembly onto the skewer. Make sure the hook on the tab washer is facing inward.
3,Slide the skewer and the attached coupler back through the axle of the bike. The hook in the tab washer should fit into the “dropout” of the bike, a divot cut into the frame on all bikes.
4,Reach around and place the spring and the knob back on the other side of the wheel. The big end of the spring should face the bike. Tighten the nut slightly. Close the lever.
5,Pull the double bike trailer into place, lining up the tow bar with the coupler that you just put on the bike. Insert the tow bar into the coupler, sliding it in until it bottoms out. Insert the shiny pin through the holes that line up in the coupler and hitch. Stretch the safety lock over the end of the pin.
6,Loop the nylon strap over the bike’s frame, then loop back and clip the end into the shiny ring at far end of the tow bar hitch.

Install 14ft Trampoline Safety Net

1,Take the steel or aluminum tubes from the box and put them together. The tubes usually connect to the feet of the 12ft trampoline. Some poles will have a notched end at one side. This is the top. Slide the smaller tube into the larger notched tube. Leave the foam coverings on the tubes; this is part of the finished product.

2,Attach the tubes to the base of the trampoline. Slide the ends of the tubes onto the tops of the trampoline base. Screw into place with a bolt and nut. The tubes should now be sticking up from the perimeter of the trampoline like spikes. Attach the balls to the top of the poles that will hold the webbing in place.

3,Take the webbed portion of the netting and slide through the ball on top of each pole. Knot the webbing at the base of each pole. The netting is a large, rectangular piece. Stretch out the netting and locate each part where the netting should attach to the poles. Attach the webbing first before the netting otherwise the netting will not be aligned properly.

4,Tie the netting to the poles and the trampoline with the ties that are included in your net kit. Each pole should have at least three loops attached to it. Tie the loops with a square knot. This ensures that the loops do not come untied if the net is bumped into by an overly-enthusiastic child.

5,Go around the trampoline and check that all of the parts are attached correctly. Make sure the poles are stable and not wobbly. Ensure that all ties of the 12ft trampoline net are tied where they need to go. Make sure the opening of the trampoline is accessible and can be tied shut when children are playing on the trampoline.

How to Buy an Inversion Table for Exercise

1,Check the health risks. Before buying an inversion table, be sure it won’t pose a health risk to you or anyone you intend to use it. People with heart disease, high blood pressure or eye disease or who are pregnant could be at risk exercising with an inversion table. Consult your doctor before proceeding.
2,Understand the basics. Inversion therapy is meant to relieve pressure on joints as well as discs and nerve roots in the spine. It can also improve circulation by using gravity to force blood into the upper extremities.
3,Read the specs. When buying an inversion table, you need to know that it’s designed to hold you. There are no government standards for inversion tables, so logic and common sense must be your guide. Look at the construction and consider the amount of weight you intend to put on it. Be sure you’ll feel comfortable hanging upside down from the apparatus.
4,Have a plan. It’s a good idea to devise an exercise plan before buying the inversion table. Talk to your personal trainer about exercising on an inversion table. Know what types of moves you plan to do so that you can buy an inversion table with the right accessories to accommodate your exercise routine.
