How to Buy an Inversion Table for Exercise

1,Check the health risks. Before buying an inversion table, be sure it won’t pose a health risk to you or anyone you intend to use it. People with heart disease, high blood pressure or eye disease or who are pregnant could be at risk exercising with an inversion table. Consult your doctor before proceeding.
2,Understand the basics. Inversion therapy is meant to relieve pressure on joints as well as discs and nerve roots in the spine. It can also improve circulation by using gravity to force blood into the upper extremities.
3,Read the specs. When buying an inversion table, you need to know that it’s designed to hold you. There are no government standards for inversion tables, so logic and common sense must be your guide. Look at the construction and consider the amount of weight you intend to put on it. Be sure you’ll feel comfortable hanging upside down from the apparatus.
4,Have a plan. It’s a good idea to devise an exercise plan before buying the inversion table. Talk to your personal trainer about exercising on an inversion table. Know what types of moves you plan to do so that you can buy an inversion table with the right accessories to accommodate your exercise routine.

Rent a Bike Trailer

1,Choose the dates and the locations for which you will need the bike trailer. Determine what your needs for the bikes are since bike racks and trailers come in many different shapes and sizes. For example, if you are moving your bikes across the country, you may consider renting a larger trailer and extra securing systems so your bikes don’t move around on the long road.

2,Research rental prices, especially local outdoor stores and rental centers. These may have your best deals for local transportation of bikes. Consider using national rental companies if you moving your bike across a number of states on a one way trip. There are many private shipping companies in America that specialize in renting trailers or racks for motorbikes or bicycles.

3,Verify the details of the rental contract before reserving the double bike trailer. Make sure you are aware of mileage fees, damage fees and insurance fees before you pay to make your reservation. The more expensive bike trailer rentals have more fees and payment schedules than cheaper rentals.

4,At time of pick-up, you may need to sign a rental contract in which you verify that the baby bike trailer is in good condition and you will pay certain fees for damage or for a late return. You may need to provide a copy of a major credit card or driver’s license as a security measure depending on how expensive and luxurious your selected bike trailer is.

14ft Trampoline Enclosure Instructions

1,Measure your trampoline. This won’t be necessary if you purchased your 14ft trampoline new. Once your trampoline is assembled, start on the outside of the metal frame and go directly across to the opposite side. Trampolines are manufactured in many different sizes, but 12-foot, 14-foot and 16-foot sizes are very common. You’d be surprised at how similar in size they may look assembled. Don’t take for granted the used trampoline you purchased is 14 feet in diameter.

2,Attach the enclosure poles to the legs of your trampoline. Most 14ft trampoline enclosures have eight poles. Attach each pole to a corresponding trampoline leg; most 14-foot trampolines will have eight legs. If your trampoline does not have eight legs, check with the manufacturer to ensure that the enclosure you purchased is compatible.

Your enclosure should come with clamps or hooks. Secure the poles to the legs with these clamps or hooks. You may need a deep socket and ratchet set to tighten them. Ensure that all poles are the same height when fastened to the legs. Uneven poles can cause extra stress to the enclosure net.

3,Slip on pole covers. Some enclosures have the protective pole covers attached to the enclosure netting, while others are separated. If yours are separated, assemble the covers before attaching the netting. The pole covers should slip on from the top of the attached poles.

4,Secure the netting. Most nets will have ties to secure themselves to the poles. Make sure that all ties are securely fastened. If bungee ties are included for the base of the net, ensure that they do not come in contact with the trampoline springs, as they could become tangled and damage the enclosure or trampoline.

Hang Garden Spotlight

1,Survey the garden to determine where you want or need a light accent. Paths are good places, along with garden entryways. Garden spotlight a particularly beautiful part of the garden or a statue that stands out. Lights reflecting at night in a garden pond are always charming.

2,Provide a sturdy support for the hanging light. Shepherd’s crooks come in many heights and when driven solidly into the ground are stable light holders. Place brackets on arbors, trees, on the side of your house and along fence lines to hold garden solar spotlights.

3,Place the lights where they will get enough sunlight to recharge. A light placed in deep shadow will glow weakly at best when night comes. Some lights come with the solar charger on a cable, which makes placement much easier. The light can be placed even where sunlight will not hit it as long as the cable is run to a place where the sun hits the charger.

4,Shelter the lights from heavy winds, if possible. If you know where the wind usually flows in the yard, you can ensure individual lights are protected from it or attached sufficiently to avoid wind damage.

Install a Trampoline Enclosure

1,Clamp the trampoline enclosure poles to the trampoline legs. Each enclosure system is different, but most poles will easily attach to the trampoline’s legs. The bottom of the pole should be 18 inches below the trampoline’s frame.
2,Attach the top halves of the poles. The 10ft trampoline enclosure poles will usually come in two halves.
3,Slip the foam sleeves over the poles. The sleeves will come down to rest on the top of the trampoline frame.
4,Attach the caps that come with your set on top of the poles. These are used to hold the net. Once you have all poles sturdily attached with foam sleeves and caps, you’re ready to begin putting on the net.
5,Tie one end of the net onto a pole and stretch it over to tie it to the top of the next pole. The first two poles you start working on will serve as your entrance to the trampoline.
6,Tie the net around all the poles. The net should be on the inside of all the poles except the first one you start with. The net will wrap around the outside of the first pole and then go inside the rest of the trampoline. The net should be hanging a couple feet above the trampoline.
7,Pull down the net and attach it to the top of the trampoline frame.

Install a Schwinn Bike Trailer

1,Loosen the left side, rear bicycle wheel axle nut. If the bike is outfitted with a quick-release skewer, simply open the arm of the skewer on the ride side of the axle and unthread the left side nut. If the bike does not have a quick release, use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the left side nut from the axle.
2,Slide the plastic tab washer included with the bike trailer over the left side of the axle. It should fit flush against the frame of the bike.
3,Fit the included coupler plate on the left side of the axle so that the tab at the back of the plate fits into the holes on the plastic tab washer. Once installed, the large hole in the coupler plate will be located below the axle.
4,Replace the nut on the end of the axle. For quick-release skewers, tighten the nut with your fingers and then close the lever on the right side of the skewer. For wheels without quick-release skewers, thread the nut on by hand and then tighten fully with the adjustable wrench.
5,Slide the end of the baby bike trailer tow bar into the large hole on the coupler plate. Secure the bar in place by installing the fastening pin, also included, through the eyelet in the coupler plate.
6,Loop the safety strap attached to the tow bar around the tube of the frame extending vertically from the axle, which is called the seat stay. Clip the end of the strap in place on the D-ring on the two bar.

Clean Solar Garden Light

1,Locate the instructions that came with the lights. If you threw them away or can’t find them, don’t panic. Try to remember the way you assembled the lights when you installed them. You’re about to take them apart the same way to access the solar panels. If you’ve worked with garden lighting before, then this will not present a problem for you. If you’re a novice with regard to solar lighting, be careful with the disassembly.
2,Take the battery out of the oudoor solar garden light fixture and make sure there is no oxidation where the plastic and the cell pack come into contact. If you find oxidation, use a small soft brush to gently remove the residue. Oxidation looks like the substance you see when regular AA batteries explode. It has a whitish, ashy tint. If it has been more than a year since you replaced the original solar battery, do so at this time.
3,Clean the solar collector panel once a month and wipe the dirt from the top of the panel. Look for bugs and tiny garbage and remove these. Use a damp cloth and wipe gently.
4,Check the surrounding area for preventive maintenance. If yourhanging solar garden lights are under bushes or trees, trim the branches back. Clean the panels after heavy wind and rainstorms. In the winter months, ice is likely to form on the ground, and you don’t want your solar garden lights out in this type of weather. Bring them inside until the weather warms up, and you’ll extend the life of the hanging solar garden lights.
